The working problem
Enquiries arrive with uneven fields, making the next handoff harder to read or route reliably.
The build approach
A webhook accepts the enquiry, maps its name, email, topic, and message into a stable shape, then returns a structured response.
What the build doesThe compact three-node flow gives a notification or internal tool a predictable payload to work with. A destination still needs to be connected for each deployment.
